Binder Clip Sizes in Mm: The 10 Best Options, Ranked by Real Buyer Feedback

This comprehensive set earned its high ranking because of its impressive size variety, spanning six distinct dimensions from micro up to extra large. You get a massive spread of 45 micro clips in that smallest 0.6-inch tier, which makes tackling tiny ticket stubs or single page notes wonderfully simple.

Tempered steel construction gives these clamps a reliable rust resistance, though I would note that sorting through six separate sizes might slow you down if you just want a standard medium clamp. In my view, having micro sizes included elevates the overall usefulness of the box significantly.

This collection is best for busy office managers who need a large volume of supplies without constantly running out of standard dimensions. The kit leans heavily toward smaller fasteners, offering one hundred 0.59-inch clips alongside larger 1.26-inch anchors for heavier reports.

Split packaging helps keep your desk drawers tidy, allowing you to store the bulk inventory away while keeping a few accessible. I find that the black metal finish maintains a classic professional look, even if the heavy focus on tiny clips might leave you wishing for more large clamps.

An unexpected feature of this set is the inclusion of randomized bright colors like blue, yellow, green, and red, which transforms plain paperwork into an organized rainbow. Beyond sorting documents, these cheerful hues let you color code projects instantly by department or urgency.

You receive four distinct sizes totaling 170 pieces, meaning you get plenty of fasteners for both delicate notes and thick folders. I'd argue that these cheerful clamps bring a much-needed splash of fun to otherwise dull administrative tasks.

The most common complaint about this single-size bulk pack is that it limits you exclusively to 0.75-inch small clips, leaving you out of luck for massive stacks of paper. On the brighter side, getting 120 pieces in one size means you never have to hunt for your favorite dimension when organizing standard reports.

Vibrant shades like red, green, and blue give your workspace personality, and the reusable compartmentalized container keeps everything sorted. In my estimation, sticking to one size works brilliantly if your daily workflow rarely demands extra large clamps.

Stepping up in scale from the small-size bulk pack above, this option focuses entirely on medium 1.25-inch dimensions for heavier paperwork. You get 25 pieces in six vibrant colors, which strikes a nice balance between playful aesthetics and heavy duty performance.

These clips handle up to a half-inch of paper easily, making them ideal for thick reports or sealing stubborn bags of frozen vegetables. I think the rust-resistant tempered steel justifies the smaller piece count compared to massive multi-packs.

This bundle became popular largely due to its reputation for extreme value, offering a massive count of 200 pieces spread across four versatile sizes. After assessing the specs, I can confirm that this reputation holds up wonderfully well for daily administrative needs.

You get a staggering 150 mini clips paired with larger sizes up to 1.25 inches, creating a truly comprehensive kit. In my view, this is the ultimate size range for anyone who wants absolute preparedness at their desk.

This collection earned its strong ranking because of its minimalist assortment approach, giving you five carefully chosen sizes without unnecessary filler. The kit includes 105 micro clips in the 0.6-inch size, making it a dream for detailed filing and craft projects.

Spring-tight jaws ensure your papers stay firmly fastened, though you only get three pieces of the largest 1.6-inch size. I'd suggest this pack if your daily organizing relies heavily on tiny fasteners rather than giant document stacks.

This compact set is best for freelancers and students who want a small colorful project kit without paying for warehouse quantities they will never use. You get exactly 40 pieces in four handy sizes, tucked neatly inside a transparent storage box.

Smooth rounded edges protect your pages from unsightly creases, while the glossy finish adds a cheerful personal touch to your desk setup. I find that this targeted quantity prevents unnecessary drawer clutter while still delivering solid gripping power.

An interesting feature of this kit is its inclusion of 100 micro clips paired with larger 1.25-inch clamps, bridging the gap between delicate sorting and heavy binding. This layout lets you tackle everything from tiny bookmarks to thick workshop manuals using a single coordinated box.

Tempered steel provides a dependable grip, and the removable wire handles add extra flexibility if you want to hang notes on a wall. In my judgment, this set offers a wonderfully balanced spread for general office upkeep.

The most common complaint about this massive combo set is that sorting through hundreds of loose paper clips alongside binder clips can feel slightly chaotic upon opening. Balancing that minor drawback, you get a complete office set featuring 320 traditional paper clips and 40 binder clips in six wanted sizes.

Nickel-plated steel prevents rust and keeps the fasteners gliding smoothly over your important documents without snagging. I'd say this bundle works exceptionally well if your workspace needs a total overhaul of both clips and clamps simultaneously.
